Like the Gulf War? These guys are serious and will play to win. Not be wanting to throw down their guns. Nor will they be on a fairly flat surface to hit with planes. Read back on the Viet Cong or read the information on the Russian War with Afghanistan.
But they are only a part of what Dubya wants to round up. Short? Not a chance. Clean? Right. lol Never mind they have alot of folks spread out in our countries to play badminton with us at their leisure. Just quit worrying about it. It won't get you anywhere good.
As far as World War? Hmmmm lots of countries fighting all over the World. Depends on your own definition.
