nahh.. depends on the realestate in your area, sometimes it's just not that pricey for a house. Also are we talking CURRENT value taking into account appreciation/depreciation or purchase prices?
On current value my house is only ~8x my car, although i will admit as an old house bought mainly for the land and not the structure it does need to be renovated until it looks anywhere near as nice as the car. But i'd love to hear someone call me nigga rich when I actually own a fucking house which is more than can be said for a lot of people... not to mention i've made 100k+ on the property since i bought it almost two years ago.
