What is there to discuss ? You decided to go cheap and that is the outcome, fact is that most of these so called hosts are just 15 year old kids colocating 5 servers somewhere and people like you trust them with your business.
I've been in your shoes many times trying to save a dollar or two at the end it always ends up costing you more when your sites go down and you loose your listings, traffic and money!
