I get pissed off when I'm having a conversation with someone, their cell rings, they don't say "excuse me, just a second" but they cut the conversation short to answer their phone and instead of telling the caller "can I call you back in a few minutes?" they proceed to have a conversation with the caller. That REALLY pisses me off and I find it incredibly rude.

Cell phones have voice mail for a reason, USE IT!
