nah, I think that if they were planting shit it would've been at the start of the war before his popularity went straight to hell. Due to no real WMD stockpiles ever being located its more/less over for him come election time. One or two weak ass chem shells just accounts to stuff that got looked over after the first war. They're legitimate finds but can't really be accredited to Hussein
