terrorists should not be included in the question in order to have answers independent country laws or states.
Amputate, I appreciate that you expressed your opinion and didn't do any stupid comment like Fade. One of the reasons I stayed away from topics all this time is the fact that webmasters with no answers or opinion just accuse others. It's a stupid practise I have learnt not to avoid, but to "kill".
