I guess the question here would be are you just looking for 100 gallery templates or do you want original templates?
I'm guessing that anyone that says they will sell you 200 templates for $1600 is just selling you templates they've already designed for other clients and they're popping your graphics in which shouldn't take more than a few minutes apiece.
If that's what you were looking for it probably would have been helpful to say that in your first post. My assumption was that you wanted original galleries.
