and as far as marketing goes, how come you see HIGH times, cannibas culture, and head magazines, (all strictly pot related) on every Borders book store shelves, and a variety of head shops, and book stores around the country? it is not illegal to take pictures or to promote pictures, that in no way depict any illegal activity!
did you ever hear about up in smoke, easy rider, fear and loathing in las vegas? etc.....
just for fun go into your local bookstore ( must be a big chain) and ask them why they are not worried about prosecution for selling HIGH times and see what you find out
and just FYI both Forbes, and TIME have done articles (including cover shots) regarding the point of view of legalization and how it would effect our economy.
some of you people, that claim to be smart, are either really quite nieve, or just plain closed minded and not up on your facts.
But hey that is one of the reasons I created the 420 calendar, was to get the information out truthfully, and not by scare tacticts, or misinformation campaigns.
medical marijuana is LEGAL in ten states as of now, but the move is on to completely decrimanalize it (as it should be, but I will save that for another day) in several other countries. and fact is if Bush was not waging war evrywhere in order to advance his right wing agenda, you would probably already see at least three other states legalize for medicanal now!
do some reasearch, before you place a judgement on me, just because you do not actualy understand what you are talking about.
