At Library of Thumbs as of 9-14-2001 we are adopting two new policies..
#1..No counters
#2..No Recips buttons or text
#3..NO EXCEPTIONS
Galleries are loading way too slow...
The less images the faster the load..
When a counter server crashes or goes down..the page never finishes loading due to the surfers browser trying to locate the counters server..
