I stand by our program as do the thousands of webmasters who get checks every week.
We work with webmasters who send 1 signup a year or 1 signup a minute. The reason that the biggest programs and freshest wet behind the ears newbies use us is because our checks clear & they arrive on time every week.
It sounds like your webmasters have experienced a different kind of treatment.
You speak of credit card crammers as though 1/2 of the webmasters out there are scamming you and perpetrating fraud.
We run a per-active program with partnership and bonuses that pays extremely well and rewards performance....
I guess in the end that we have a lot in common though because it sounds like you actually run a per-active program too!
Has anybody here ever heard of a per-signup program that withholds your checks if your trials don't convert into memberships at an acceptable rate? Next question of course since it's not posted in the terms and conditions is "What is your acceptable rate? 20% 50% 75%?"
I for one would rather have 20 bucks in my hand than a promise of 25.
