I believe your account was suspended, not cancelled. I didn't ignore you - that is someone elses job.... ;-)
Your cancellation rate is so far higher than "normal" or average account activity that we see with other webmasters, we flagged it as suspicious. You will be paid after we have done further investigations, if necessary commenced fraud proceedings. We do not want any more of your traffic in any case.
I might add that the problem with your account is rather unusual - we have only flagged a couple of accounts in this manner, most webmasters send traffic that earns us around $35 per free trial signup after the 3 day trial. Your traffic earned us around $14 - that is a BIG difference.
Before I hear the line - hey I just send the traffic - it is your job to retain the member... that is true, and we can live with a bit of variation, but I am sure most of you will realize that fraud and encouraging users to cancel are both things that happen. It is prudent of us to ensure that fraud doesn't occur, ultimately to protect consumers, but also to protect ourselves.
