Some easy, basic stuff that tends to work:
Make sure your key phrase is in your title meta. Don't dilute it - If you're aiming for "sex god" as your key phrase, that's your title; not "hot hunky amateur sex god".
Repeat key phrase in description.
Repeat key phrase in a heading (<h1>) - use style sheets to make it pretty.
In a few cases this has worked great for me. In others it hasn't done shit.
