Ok hear is the deal my neghbior is a big time spammer. He has been doing it for a long time. I seen his checks he get and they are very nice!. Well i heard him slip up the other night talkin on the phone to someone and he was telling them what to do what to edit and what to get. Well as he was telling the person on the phone i was takeing notes.

Well i did a trial set up and i about shited when it worked. I got another guy who is willing to pay me $3k for the info. Should i sell it to him or keep it to my self and use it or just leave it alone. I will admit its fucking tempting and i want to use the info but i i wont use it i think . what would you guys do?
