not quite. Lou ("a fine mouth full of teeth" - T. Wogan) last year sang english, so did Stefan Raab, the w-r-i-t-e-r of this year's entry, when he did that 70s glamour performance 2 or 3 years back.
i'm looking forward to that Warrior Princess performance - i think the ukrainian entry.
