You need two floppy disks.
One you boot the computer with. Use this bootme.exe to make a
Win<i></i>dow<i></i>sME boot disk
http://www.24by7.ca/files/bootme.exe
Put a floppy in the drive and click on bootme.exe and it will
make a Win<i></i>dow<i></i>sME boot disk. Win<i></i>dow<i></i>sME has
more CD-ROM drivers than a Win<i></i>dow<i></i>s98 boot disk.

I think you mean the 010221s.
ROM file not *.
COM file.
010221s.rom = the flash ROM
AMINF325.EXE = the program that makes the flash happen
This is what the second floppy disk is for, you put
010221s.rom and AMINF325.EXE on the second floppy disk.
- You boot with the Win<i></i>dow<i></i>sME boot floppy
- Once booted to the boot floppy you remove the boot floppy
and put in the flash floppy
- Then you type aminf325 010221s.rom and hit enter
- Wait for the flash to complete and the floppy drive light to go out
then remove the flash floppy and reboot
