machine just don't care if it is steel or flesh, thet just keep on cutting.
last one I saw was a guy loose two fingers in a grinding wheel, cut straight through, took both fingers completely off.

I worked in a sign fabrication shop when I was younger and it's easy as pie to lose a digit or two. When I first started work at the sign shop, there was a guy on leave because he'd crushed a finger under the feet of the aluminum shear. When the injured guy, Dan, came back to work, one of the vinyl guys came running out to stop him from using the shear, telling him it was a "No Dan Zone" Dan had had more than one run-in with the shop equipment.
