The condos are priced at Upper East Side prices, and the community went from shitty to upper class wealthy in under 10 years.
Their next project is rebuilding an area in Brooklyn called Court Street, and parts of old Wall Street in the city.
Kudos to my dad for that.. It was probably one of the smartest investments ever.
