Before you invest with that loser, read up on him and his tactics. A friend of mine showed me a site once about real estate people bashing the shit out of him for preaching tactics that were only good in the 70's & 80's, and then another few sites of how pissed off customers were when he double and triple charged them. All this from talking about an informercial I saw at 2am..
