Quite a bit. The real problem is, that by destroying the city's property .. You would be comitting a criminal offense: Destruction of property
It really isn't worth it.
I think it'd be cheaper for friend to go rent a car for the weekend. Honestly. If he isn't old enough, then I guess this is a great opportunity for you show your true colors, be a pal, drive him around this weekend
