For those living in the UK/Ireland who want to help/express grief.

British Red Cross - The american red cross sites don't take British Debit Cards (Switch, etc). If you don't have Mastercard of Visa go to this link and call the number on the page and they will take your donation and forward it to the American Red Cross. http://www.redcross.org.uk/news_subsection.asp?id=2094

If you want to go to a memorial service go to the US Embassy page at: http://www.usembassy.org.uk/

They are providing an online condolence book and details of the big memorial service that will be at St Pauls tomorrow. I will be there as will be another one of my American friends. I know that almost every American I know of - rich and famous amongst them - in this country will be there.

If you can't get to that service then go to this url: http://www.usembassy.org.uk/services.html for a list of other services that are being held.
