there's a lot that can make a gallery go wrong - bad hosting, poor sponsers, burnt out content, off my niche content, etc.
not every gallery makes money.
i would like be able to agree before hand on those kind of things as i have a clue about them before you do the test if you're going to base my reputation on it.
think about it like this - if it fails you can say i thought it would make money
