I saw a chick on something hardcore yesterday when I was getting my parking permit. She kept walking around and she was exaturating movements, like when she walked she'd swing her arms really far from side to side, and take extra huge steps... pacing back and forth... while talking... very disturbing. Appeared as if she had 30 Redbulls. Looked like she hadn't eaten in 3 weeks, and some guy came up to her and gave her a bagel... she paced around some more and then hopped in some guys truck.
Very odd stuff.
