I don't know how many perps have had their head smacked into the top of police cars when they're being loaded for transportation. Damn, they really should train police officers better for that particular part of the arrest process

Poor crooks. I'd make a lousy cop, I'd want to step on the throats of such "red-handed" criminials and watch them squirm for a bit. And as Dubya Bushe's daddy was fond of saying... "ya kain't dae it"
