the pay is for a specific duty dumb ass!
However if I find some good people, and the site is a success as I know it will be, then I would gladly pay either more people to contribute, or more money to a good hard working contributor!
and that would be evidence to me, that more than an hour per week is necassary. Hell I bet some people can earn that hundred in an hour per month ( the sharper ones, this again would leave you holding the short stick sorry mr. aristocrap)
