I spoke to born on the telephone yesterday. They had a Hard Drive crash (head crash). They had to find the exact hard drive to recover all the data. They found a drive but it is in CA and they need it shipped to FL. With the airlines being down this has delayed them.
I heard Fed-Ex is starting some air shipments back up today, so they should have have the drive either today or tomorrow. Once they have the drive they should be back up within a couple of hours.
I know they are working as fast as possible to get everything back up. They are good people over there and they are working overtime to get everything back to normal.
