Verotel remove signup form wording that says card will be rebilled?
I just had a complaint from a customer that his trial was rebilled... I was all set to quote him the part of the signup page that says it, but I can't find it anywhere! Verotel used to have this stated very clearly on their signup form with today's charge plus the date and amount of the next charge, but it looks like it has been removed.
Has anyone else noticed this? Seems pretty risky not to tell a customer ANYWHERE (even in size 1 print) that they are going to be rebilled...
