With Brian Johnson they're a good rock and roll band, good to get drunk with. With Bon Scott, they're Blues/Rock hybrid legends on a par with Zep. I like Brian, but I think anybody who listens to AC/DC enough is going to become a Bon fan eventually.
Another thing to think about is that the best they've ever been with Brian was Back in Black - an album that was basically created entirely while Bon was still alive with a lot of his lyrics, I even have a studio rip of Bon singing Back in Black and it is baaaaaad
IMHO, nothing they've done with Brian is the equal of BIB, which I think was the last of Bon's influence on the band.
