Sounds like your ex has some serious issues. I wouldn't talk to her if I were you.
Plus, she is in Costa Rica right? I bet the guy she met isn't going to be there for as long as she is. And if she thinks that they will remain together after he (or she) leaves, then, she is in for a rude awakening!
