If you track it, It's MUCH higher than 1 in 20,000 or even 10,000 or for that matter 1000...
When I tested it, I found that a MUCH smaller percent exit with the back button than click a leave link.
I think it's a case of people just curious where it goes, so I think it's unwise to give them that option.
Most, if not ALL people that reach a warning page know why they are there and I only use warning pages to build suspense, not any other reason. For those that think it protects minors from entering, get off the crack...Remember, minors tend to be the most net savy of all!
