I refer to a man dressed as a woman as her or she.
Having worked with trannys, drag queens, and pre-ops, I have found that when they are in drag,character, or life style, they prefer the courtesy.
I would still hit it (even better if he, oops....SHE has a package, not all cross dressers are homosexual).
