If the gallery have a "Join here for $29.95" link it might send 200 surfers to the sponsor making 10 sales ..
If the gallery have a "free video samples" link it might send 2000 surfers to the sponsor making the same 10 sales because "free video samples" traffic is less likely to buy.
But the result is the same .. and shows that the ratio doesn't matter ... the traffic you must look at is the traffic to the gallery, not the traffic to the sponsor ..
I have sponsors doing 1:20 and some doing 1:1500 ..

its amount the amount of traffic you send and how that traffic CONVERTS witch gives you your ratio witch THEN brings in the ROI
