Yeah, I understand your point. But I actually eat very healthy. Loads of fibers and a balanced menu, I don't eat out and I don't eat fast food more than once a month or so. I don't have time to exercise, I walk about 30 minutes daily with my dog that's all. I just don't lose weight. I'm only 25, so I'm not all together worried yet. I know it's the mother of all excuses, but I honestly do think I have a slow metabolism.. or low testosterone levels, some minor physical handicap that keeps putting weight on me. I am occasionally counting calories, carbs amount and types of fat I eat.. and usually I get around 1000-1200 calories per day, except on those days I decide to make a gourmet meal.. which is atleast weekly. But those are also well planned meals, not just fat and carbs.
I have been planning on going to a serious diet, but I do love food... so I have to see how the next decade shapes me, before making any rushed decisions ;)

. You indeed probably have a slower metabolism than I do, I am as fortunate as to have a body that doesn't gain weight whatever amounts of energy my intake accounts to. It's actually not something for me to do, to tell you anything about weight. Yet I really would advise you to do some training. Why not? I can't believe time can be an excuse. Working out can feel wonderful and relaxing. Maybe the time spent after the workout is even filled out more efficiently?
