ARS has a per click program, it pays 8 cents/unique as long as you convert better than 1:650, otherwise you're automatically switched to per signup.
Traffic Cash Gold pays 20 cents per 2nd page unique, and you need to convert at 1:250 or better or you're switched to $35/signup.
