I use <a href="http://php.offshoreclicks.com/cgi-bin/ref.cgi?ignatz" target="_blank">Offshoreclicks</a>. Their payout for blind traffic is 3 cents per raw click. Actually it's up to 21 cents on their gateway page if the surfer clicks all links (no traffic leaks). And the checks are sent out like clockwork. They are a trusted and honest company.
