Ya, I'd have to agree with the consensus here - paysite is NOT the way to go for a newbie. If you really want to have a paysite type thing, start with a premium AVS site. It will recur a HELL of a lot better, and depending on the AVS, you may even get signups from the link list.
And yes, you probably should build as many sites as you can. Everyone has a different methodology.. AVS feeders, free sites, DMOZ sites, you name it, it's all good. I'm going for as much traffic from as many sources as I can get myself.
As for "AVS Wizard" - if such a program exists, please do tell some more.
