The redesign looks really good and is very unique but its not up yet. Thanks for the nice comments though on the old design. I plan on turning that old design into a free or avs site with reduced content. The current design is very maintenance intensive. The new design will be virtually on autopilot so that I can focus on driving traffic which as you pointed out is a very important factor.
The reason why I charge $25 is because 1) its niche and focused, and 2) because I know another webmaster who has a similar niche (coincidence) at the same price with a similar amount of pics (but different images, lol) and he is gonna make 6 figures this year (site less than 1 year old!), and 3) I have some damn good unique video feeds. Publicnudity.com...nice, nice looking site...same price. I pulled out my wallet. But I have to say that less than 25-30% of the inside content has to do with the theme!
You see...I don't have to do free sites with sponsors because I don't really need money. There is a cap to how much you can make doing free sites with sponsors because it is labor intensive. Money is not the driving force behind this as this is an experiment for me. If this site takes off, then I will open a dozen sites with focused niches. A properly built site (IMO) with a good marketing foundation results in residual income.
I know my current site is a dog and it doesn't convey what's inside. That is why I am not converting any of the 3k uniques I have now. I am having eroticopy.com write the text for the new site. IMO image and copy are the keys.
How much have I invested so far??? $2,500 That's all.
