Since I've already admitted to porn ignorance by requesting a clarification on double anal, I figure there's no shame asking once again.

The question- If this is supposed to be something fabulous for the females, isn't the little bar/balls thingy facing the wrong direction?? Or is there some other function going on that I'm clueless about? It seems like it should run from the top to bottom, instead of side to side. Is anyone catching my drift, here? What am I missing? Somebody enlighten me.
