I have a friend flying out to see me, and wants to meet up in Banff and spend the night before coming through to Vancouver. Might as well see as much as possible.

Anyway, I was wondering, can you recommend a Spa/Resort to stay at? She wants to be pampered, but still doesn't want to spend a fortune.
