Oh, and here's a bit of a clue for you, some people actually are involved in the process, changing the process, or both, and do a lot more than post "heroic" type of messages on websites like you do.
Maybe practicing a bit more of what you preach is in order here.
And you definitely need to know the person you are addressing a little bit better before you say anything in specific like this.
