--- I kind of think this is the problem, more so than creative advertising.
The companies who run into problems are the ones who are making promises, instead of using marketing techniques to target the 'potential'.
The FDA is pretty clear about most herbal products, including vitamins and supplements......they tell you not to promise that which cannot be scientifically proven. Pick up a PDR...most of the time, they have pills for which they don't know why the pill works....'mechanism unknown'.....it just works.
So, sell penis pills and breast enhancers and all the herbals; but, be smart about how you hahahahaha your ad copy.
