EXACTLY!!!
Its really interesting to note that even while most programs already BAN RUSSIA from participating in their programs, many russian webmasters still insist that Russia not be disconnected from the net or at least be given their own 'zone'.
This just bolsters my belief that they find ways to infiltrate and use their carding technology through 'seemingly' US means.
