First tho, I'de hahahahaha out my plan and give it to him saying exactly my plan (i.e. blablabla, bla) then go look at places (alone, not with the wife) that could be for rent and that he might like. Also take a look at some semi out of town places with nice atmosphere. Take pictures of the places, hahahahaha their phone numbers under them and their adresses. give him 10,000$ cash, a 6,000$ mercedes the pics of the 25 or so places you looked at, a map, and tell him to get the fuck out.

My impression is that the kid does not live there. So they would not be "booting him out" on the street.
But, even if he did live there, I'll be damed if I would set that little fucker up with ANY of the shit you suggested.
His mom is the problem. If my kids EVER talked to me like that, *I* would throw them out, no husband needed for that.
