You sound like a very nice guy dude.... but face it, if he gave a fuck he would have at least send you an e-mail or your money back. 54 days + and in these 54 days and he didn't even have 5 mins to send you an e-mail?
Sounds like he's a busy guy, busy spending YOUR money.
CHARGEBACK is the right and only thing to do now.
