Stocks can be very risky but highly profitable if you learn how to buy, trade and hold them well.

Real Estate is pretty safe in comparison, however you still can lose on the short term if you buy in an overheated sellers market and then it flips and becomes a buyers market.

The best investment in my opinion is starting and building your own businesses.
