I like Cyberage because they pay per click (to the signup page), plus you get a few cents each time someone who already has a pass enters your site. They've been around a long time so I can trust them, and surfers have probably seen the logo or heard the name at least once before, so they have name brand recognition. They also offer a lot of extras to their members (models of the week, videos, chat rooms, etc.) which you can promote on your site.
