Canadians being in the WTC when it got attacked doesn't mean that Canada has enemies. There were chinese, french and others in there. Believe it or not, you put 10k people into a couple buildings, you get a variety of nationalities.
Face it, Canada has good relations. We don't put bases in other people's back yards and tell them how we want them to run their country.
It's a strange concept, but it happens to go a long way to co-existance... as oppose to dominance.
