That one is pretty old but today I received an interesting variation of the old....
"Hi! How are you? I send you this file in order to have your advice."
It claimed to be the code to kill the virus. It looked exactly the same and had an attachment but it had the extra text on top saying that all would be fine if you opened it. Needless to say I ignored it and deleted it.
