I didn't imply anything, you did with your interpreation because you already perceived me to be saying it and you disagreeing with it. Just looking for something to pick at. There's no doubt to cover our asses politically we're going to give money to people who were fighting us. I mean fuck we're already giving control of cities back to Saddam generals would it be a stretch to give a few thousand to a soldier who fought us? I don't think so.
