Blah, anyone with half a brain cell, a 2400 baud modem and what is thrown out on garbage day can hack a network to its knees.

Prime example, and on topic, in 1995 a Russian named Vladimir Levin hacked Citibank for over $10 million U.S.D. and did it with an IBM compatable computer and a 14.4 modem.

Really, if you want to blame countries for hacking, put the Asian countries at the top of the list, China and the Koreas are a royal pain in the ass. The only way they see my non-porn networks is via a U.S. proxy, and yes, I probably should IP filter the traffic and send them to a porn 404 just to stop that traffic altogether.
