These thread is kinda ignorant,I think the US should get capped of the net because it got so many ignorant people
In russia mostly only students or criminals have internet access,that should explain some things,but nowdays more and more people have internet there.
Just redirect them to other sites if you are scared that they'll do fraudulent things and that's it.
